I cannot start this post without immediately mentioning pancakes. It was Pancake Day this week and this girl went HARD. So, on Pancake day itself I had two lots of pancakes, then I had pancakes for lunch the two following days... Four lots of pancakes in two days. That's not too shabby, eh? In case you're wondering what my toppings of choice are, here's what I had: white chocolate and strawberries, milk chocolate and raspberries, and the classic lemon and sugar x2. Delicious.

A lifestyle roundup of my week at university featuring all I've bought, watched, eaten, seen and been up to. Featuring four lots of pancakes, the hardest workout ever and a trip to the theatre.

As always, my Monday was fairly mundane. I had my usual full day at uni and it was all rather quiet. Nothing much to report here.

Tuesday, aka Pancake Day was a fantastic day. After my breakfast fit for a Queen, I headed to uni for a lecture and then spent the afternoon working on our group project with my pals. At 6.15, Lucie and I attended Circuits at the uni gym and let me tell you, I was almost the sweatiest I've ever been. It was SUCH a good workout and we've decided to try and go every week that we can. After circuits, we had pizza and garlic bread, and then a batch of pancakes, so yeah, it's fair to say Tuesday was a really good food day. 

On Wednesday, I attended the theatre. As part of my course, we were offered discounted tickets to see Rain Man at the Nuffield Theatre. It was actually really really good. I had no idea what to expect having not seen the film but it was such a good watch. For those of you who have no idea what I'm on about; Rain Man is about a man who discovers at the age of 30 that he has a long lost brother. His brother has severe autism and the play just depicts them building their relationship together. The acting was incredible, so if you have the chance to see it, do it! That evening I went to my most-hated club; Oceana and I can confirm that I'm still not a fan. I promised one of my friends that I'd go, so that's my good deed done for the month! We left the club at 3, then headed back to Anna's for Domino's and I finally got into bed at 5am.

Thursday was a very leisurely day. Having only had a few hours of sleep it's unsurprising that Thursday wasn't the most energetic of days. I just had a lecture and a seminar at uni, came home, had dinner and was in bed by 9pm... Rock and roll!

Other than uni work, Friday wasn't spent doing a lot other than a workout at the gym. I also watched the first of the Leaving Neverland documentaries, and, let me tell you, it does not make for comfortable viewing. I know they say that hindsight is 20/20, but there really were some warning signs, no? If you've seen it, that birthday video he made for Wade seemed really odd?? 

At the risk of sounding really dull and repetitive, Saturday was spent in much the same way as most of my other days of late. I did a load of uni work and also hit the gym. I've mentioned before that I want to run a 10K this year, so I'm trying to run as often as I can in preparation. Saturday evening was much more exciting. I headed to the pub with two of my best pals and we had a really good evening. We need to make more of an effort to hang out more, so, if you're reading this - hold me to that!

Aaaaand, Sunday. I spent this morning shooting photos for my next Styling Four Trends Post and as I mentioned on my story, I'm actually really pleased with how the photos turned out! Toria and I spent the afternoon in bed working on our dissertations and are currently whipping up yet another roast dinner. This evening we've got Yorkshire puddings, stuffing balls and homemade roast potatoes, as well as all the usual trimmings. YUM.
